A meaningful blend of Kechewa tradition, Andean symbolism, and our own touches to the design.

This unique alpaca jacket features a symmetrical design inspired by the rich textile traditions of the Kechewa people. The jacket is designed in collaboration with our family and Kechewa artisans , incorporating traditional Andean elements with our own design.

At the heart of the jacket is the Chacana, an ancient Andean cross-shaped symbol associated with the Inca and broader Andean cultures. Its three levels represent different parts of existence and our connection to the world around us.

☀️ Hawan Pacha — represented by the upper part of the Chacana, associated with the spiritual or celestial world and the Sun.

🌎 Kay Pacha — the center represents the world where we live as human beings, connecting us to everyday life and the world around us.

🌿 Pachamama — represented by the lower part, symbolizing Mother Earth and nature, reminding us of our connection to the land that gives us life.

We wanted this jacket to be more than just something you wear — we wanted the design to carry a story. The symmetrical patterns, traditional inspiration, and natural alpaca fiber come together to create a piece that connects heritage with a modern everyday style.
