All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays). This timeframe allows us to carefully prepare, inspect, and package each order before shipment.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic & International Shipping

  • We ship within Canada and to select international destinations

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Ecuathentic is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in opening a carrier investigation where possible.
