Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we are happy to offer returns for exchange or store credit in accordance with the policy below.

Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued instead

  • Exchanges are allowed once per order

Store Credit

  • Approved returns will receive store credit only

  • Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase

  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
